Hello everyone,

It's finally here. July 30th at the Kitty Cat Klub in Dinkytown. We're talking POP Music with writer Jim Walsh and our musical guest Ghost in the Water. Questions supplied by our friends at NPR's Sound Opinions®. Remember this club is 1 part education 2 parts conversation mixed with delicious cocktails. it's free and ready to make beautiful music! See you all there.

Have a "Secret" to tell, why not tweet it! Give it up on July 28th (48hrs before our event) on Twitter and Nathan and Mandy will imortilize it in song. That's right we're creating "POP in the name of Science." They'll be taking your tweets of secrets and turning them into song. Join us on Twitter @ms2c. Please tag with #ms2c...we wouldn't want to miss a good secret.

Check out facebook for our invite. (Under Jeff Berg. I'll fix this next go around)

Hello Everyone,

Our first club meeting will be April 30th. At Grumpy's. A huge thank you to Gretchen Rubin who gave us some amazing questions. And make sure you check out her blog and up coming book titled "The Happiness Project." All welcome. See you soon.
The Mission Statement:

Cheers to the death of small talk!

And gone are the days of tired cocktail gatherings full of singular conversations. The Ms2c will bring together people from all walks of life. A theme will be set for the evening and a few experts will help us break out topics into there essential elements. Three questions will be posed to the group and the conversations begin.

Why Science? Science is based on better understanding a situation through experimentation and learning. It is also about mixing of elements to create something new. This idea is based on these principles. Let's mix people with ideas in the hopes of finding something new.

- Magnificent!
